Come join us for a day of knitting and crocheting on Martin Luther King Day!

We are looking for talented(or any) yarn crafters to collect pledges for their work with the proceeds being donated to the Slum Doctor Programme of Bellingham. This is a wonderful group which supplies medicine and help to AIDS victims in Africa. They also provide education and help with other basic needs.

The day’s crafted items will go to local charities to provide some warm clothing to those in need this winter.

This fun and worthwhile event will be taking place from 9am to 5pm, January 15 at:

2750 Mcleod Road

Bellingham, WA

So grab your yarn and your needles (some yarn will be available for use) and come join us. We will provide refreshments and lots of cheer!

If you don’t knit, but want to check out some crafters and some information about the charities, stop by the BELLINGHAM PUBLIC MARKET and take a look!

If you would like a pledge sheet or have any questions, please feel free to call Yana at (360) 384-5857 or email us at
